Birth control and cramps
Has anyone had success in reducing painful period cramps with birth control? If yes, what method of birth control did you choose and what has your period been like since starting it? And if no, what birth control methods do you think should be avoided?
I get intensely painful cramps every month and my mom was the one who suggested birth control, but I want to do my research before putting all those hormones into my body.
