underboob feels hot but not to the touch
I've noticed over the last few days that my right under boob feels really hot internally but when I touch it it doesn't feel any different. Usually most noticeable during breastfeeding. Is this potentially a problem? It doesn't hurt and I've not noticed any other symptoms of mastitis.
