I'm 10dpo today af due 1st/2nd April I had sex in my fertile window but took morning after pill within

24hours,could it be possible I had conceived alrwady in them few hours between the sex and the pill?been getting cramps and backaches past few days which is signs of implantation and I also am craving curry which I lived on with my first pregnancy..when is best to test I don't think I can wait till missed period I'm to impatient..thanks in advance ladies
