Beginning to not like the way I look.

Girls I have a problem, I have no will power when it comes to food.

I’m starting to not like the way I look and I am hating it!

I have tried looking at photos of myself when I looked better, tried to discipline myself and have will power and nothing works. I cave and I just eat shit food. I want to love my body again.

I even try to convince myself that i’m “chunky but funky” but that does work either.

I need your help girls. How can I lose weight quickly without putting the weight BACK on?!

Bare In mind I don’t get much time to exercise so any other ideas on losing weight would be great!
