pregnant after mc

I had a mc in January and had to have a d&c.; I'm pregnant again. I have an app next Friday for an ultrasound to see how far along I am. I'm trying to stay positive. I'm just nervous there won't be a heartbeat like the last time. I just need some positivity right now. I don't really talk to anyone about the way I feel.
