I love love love the cup! it does take a bit to get used to and a bit of practice for what works for your body, but they are WAY better than tampons.  I can wear it all day without changing, don't feel it, and zero irritation (tampons make me itch). I like to change it when I'm in the shower, but that's my preference.  also, they are environmentally friendly and save you money!

life changing! hard at first to get in and out because the silicone wasn't broken in but after you figure out how to do it properly by the second cycle you'll be a pro

Love my cup. Definitely a learning curve the first cycle or two but then it’s a breeze. I can wear it longer, it’s better for the environment, and I haven’t spent any money on my period in 18 months (got the cup for $25 then and if I was still using tampons I would’ve spent around $145 in that time).

I’ve been using the softcups but I just ordered Flex! I love them. It’s easy to forget about them for a few hours, they’ve helped my crazy cramps and I don’t have to worry about changing out a tampon every hour when I’ve got a heavy flow. Plus I get super horny on my period and I can have sex with the soft cups in! So mess free 🙃

I read so many great reviews but I’m still scared. I usually have very heavy periods so I’m worried it will all spill out after 3 hours. Plus, i can’t imagine how will all the blood get inside instead of just dripping on the sides. It must be so convenient but i haven’t had the courage to try

I’d love to try the cup but my period is so sporadic with my IUD that it would be even harder to use. (It constantly starts one day, stops the next, and then starts again that night, etc.)
