What to pack in baby's first diaper bag?!

We are due aug 1. We don't know the gender of our baby. So what do I need to pack? Any tips? How many diapers sleepers outfits will I need for baby W?

just for everyday use, I pack:

4-6 diapers
wipes
a medicine/healthcare kit
2 outfits
bottles-depending on how long we'll be gone
water- to make bottles
formula in a dispenser
 sunblock/sun hat/sunglasses
a couple toys
clorox wipes/wet ones
baby food/spoon
bib/burp cloth
light jacket
and whatever else we may need, depending on where we are going.

Pack a gender neutral coming home outfit, a few diapers, some wipes, bottles or if you're breast feeding a nursing bra, qtips (the doctors don't clean everything to my standards when the baby comes out), and make sure to pack a bag for you with three sets of clothes for you and hubby, shower things, toothbrush and paste, hairbrush, makeup if you wear it because you don't want everyone taking pictures of you the day you come home and you look like a cave woman, and maybe an MP3 player. Oh and a camera! :D it's a lot but trust me it's all necessary.
