My husband and I decided to go back to 4oz, from 4.5oz, to see if that helps with our LOs tummy troubles that she literally only has when she's with my MIL. We increased to 4oz after 2 weeks of my MIL complaining that our LO was starving, and we honestly just wanted to shut her up. Our LO rarely takes more than 4oz when she's with us, so I just figured she'd have some leftover.

But it seems that my MIL only complained so she could get more formula to use as a cure for hiccups, which does work 100% of the time. I use it as a last resort though.

I don't have the best relationship with my MIL, which started just before my baby shower when she tried to pin me against my sister via lies . We used to be pretty close and got along great.

I'd really appreciate some objective advice. We can't get her to do things in ways that work best for our LO. And I'd appreciate y'alls opinion on how I worded things. The last thing I want is to cause drama, or fights. I just want to keep the peace and mutual respect.
