Did your child’s daycare ask if they were vaccinated or not?

What is their policy on vaccinations if they have one?

At my job policy is that they have to have their shots. Only reason not to is if it’s medically necessary. Like if they get a note from the doctor saying the child is allergic to all vaccines. 
No one has ever tried.

I worked at a daycare and it was a requirement... unless medically the child could not have the vaccines. In that case, they had to have a note from the dr stating a legitimate reason.

They’re required at my daycare. We have to give an updated record of his vaccinations after each wellness visit.

I worked in four daycares in three different states and they all required vaccination records from the doctor.

My daycare required a vaccine record and medical form signed by her Dr. She is on a delayed schedule and they were ok with it, they just needed a record for her file.

My daughter day care requires vacvines unless there is religious cause or reactions. I've heard there's other ways to get documents to go around it, but not sure if it is true or not.

In Australia 🇦🇺 now (as of Jan 2018) you can’t place your children in day care or school without being vaccinated. If your child is unable to be vaccinated (due to childhood cancer etc) you need to have comprehensive notes provided to the daycare facility & a government body.
