Why is it that I get positive ovulation test and haven't gotten pregnant ?

If someone could actually seriously give a good answer for this I would like to know as well. People always say "timing must not have been right" or "try again next month" I am just feeling down this month. It was month two of for sure knowing when I ovulated and I made sure there was enough sperm in there and still nothing :( how much better could my timing get?

You have to get the timing right, your egg that's released has to be perfectly healthy, the sperm has to make it and then if a sperm does make it so much has to happen and one little step In that process going wrong and it's all over.

Having just had a miscarriage at 5 weeks I realise how it's such a perfect balancing act like act tower of cards and if one little bit falls so does the rest.

Babies really are little miracles and timing is just the start xx

Each month there is only about a 25% chance that a healthy couple will conceive. I've read it can take up to 4 months, and even in healthy couples without infertility issues, it can take 6-12 months! Try not to get down, there's a lot more than "timing" that goes into getting pregnant! :)
