Dandruff because of Period?!?!

Everytime I’m about to start my period my hair gets very oily and my roots are very dry. I can pull big chunks of dandruff outta my head🖕🏻🌚. Since I first got my period I’ve experienced shitty dandruff. Do you guys have a remedy or something else to help my dandruff go away? HELPP

I noticed similar things with my hair. I'd recommend trying leave in-conditioner for those dry hair days. And also drinking lots of water cos I don't know about you but I get really thirsty before and during my period so i guess that would help your hair too. 🤗

Apple cider vinegar, mix 1/3 with 2/3s of water and pour it over your head while in the shower (after shampooing), massage it into your scalp and wait for a minute and rinse it with loops of water and maybe some conditioner. Helps against dandruff really well but sometimes the smell sticks to your hair (better that looking like it's snowing)
