Ever since I had my gastric bypass surgery 7 months ago, I’ve been more creative in the kitchen. I made this “Vanishing Banana Bread” I call it that because as soon as I pull it out the oven, my family devours it. Lol I also made white rice, stewed black beans and baked tilapia. Thanks Food Network and Cooking Channel for inspiring to get creative in the kitchen!
