So Iv wrote quite a few of these saying about our ttc troubles for the past 2 years. Iv had tests done which come back totally normal and fine. My fiancé had a sperm count done and it’s come back a little lower than normal 👎🏼🤷‍♀️...

Is there anything we can try to up his count? He has a retest in about a months time, he’s started taking wellman conception tablets (that are suppose to help 🤷‍♀️) about a month ago... he’s stopped drinking iron bru and other pops, wears loose boxers and doesn’t have boiling showers anymore.. anyone else go through this and how did you manage to conceive??
