My husband learned something very interesting in Nutritional Science today so I thought I'd share in case any one else is suffering.

Apparently women need to be getting a minimum of 18 milligrams of iron a day. If not, the symptoms are extreme tiredness and irritability (me everyday).

We can get it through beans, broccoli, chicken, red meats, lentils, eggs, nuts, seeds, brown rice, leafy green veggies, etc.
