5 weeks 2 days and don't feel pregnant

Anyone else 5 weeks 2 days? Getting very anxious until my first appointment ( April 18th).

Has anyone had bad cramping? For the past two days I've had bad cramping but I bleeding or spotting. Also, is it weird that I don't feel pregnant? Am I supposed to feel
