So my husband got a new job in January, we got married in December. Now his 60 days is up and he gets to fill out ALL the fun insurance paperwork. So currently his sister is his beneficiary since before we got married. I asked if I would be his beneficiary now since we’re married and he says no his (2 year old) daughter will be. We’re trying to have a kid and I said what if we have children, he says he will add them later. So I ask why his sister was his beneficiary when skylar was alive and he said because she’ll do what he wants if something were to happen. He says I’m overreacting, but I feel like he married me and says if something were to happen to him that I better get a job and support myself. Am I overreacting?
