Irregular periods

Hello everyone, I just want to share something that has helped me A LOT with my irregular periods. I started my menstruation at 10, since the very first time I've had heavy periods, with terrible cramps, not even medication helped, which caused me to be upset all day long because the cramps were there since the first day until the last(7-10 days). As I grew, my cramps were disappearing and thankfully I can say I no longer get them, but the irregular periods stayed. Until, a couple of months ago. I have been doing my own research and I came across an article that says that low estrogen can cause irregular periods, infertility(TTC for 8+ years actually) and many things more. I then look up "Foods that naturally increase estrogen" and found that flaxseed and soy milk naturally increase it.. well I started doing a shake,I got a glass of choice and I added to the blender 2 tablespoons of whole flaxseed, honey, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and soy milk, or water, and I blended everything very well. My periods were beginning to get regular from the 2 weeks after drinking it. Now my periods are late just by a week at max. Instead of 2 months, or even 1/2 a year. My flow is regular or low. I'm not saying you should drink this but it has definitely helped me.. and it's natural which has no risks. Now, if you are going to start this, make sure your shake isn't thick because fiber needs enough liquid to digest correctly. I don't recommend it with normal milk, though. Any nut milk or soy milk or even water will do. Hope this helps.
