With my first I had implantation bleeding. Second I had nothing and this one I had cramping.

Answer

Implantation bleeding is pretty rare. Less than 20% of women experience it. So if you don’t have any, don’t panic! I didn’t have it before my BFP! (Including screenshots of places I’ve seen less than 20% statistic reported).
