When are you ladies getting everything ready?

My first I had to be induced. I went into labor extremely early with my 2nd (lost her). I am now high risk but everything has been going great. When have you ladies put the crib together? Packed the hospital bag? Washed all the baby clothes? I'm finally less stressed and just ready to get everything ready! 😄

I started getting things ready around 20 weeks with my son, I was really anxious and I had two mc before him. With my first daughter 30 weeks was when I put everything together. With my second daughter, I got things out slowly but never put them together because she was so sick we didn't know if we would be bringing her home and ended up losing her at 24 weeks. I'm 21 weeks now with our little rainbow and I'm terrified to prepare anything.
