Boss Overkill. 😤😤
So today I got a verbal coaching. OMFG! I am so angry. So I am a nurse at a clinic and my boss clinic manager had my nurse manager coach me because apparently I don’t know how to administer vaccines/injections to my boss’s (the clinic manager) grandchildren. Like wtf. I guess we are allowed to mix family stuff to the work place. Any thoughts?
