crib liners/bumpers!! do you use them??

I recently decided to use a liner for my son's cribs it's mesh and breathable. I decided at first not to use one be sure of possible choke and suffocation hazards however now I bought one and put it in because of the high pitched screams I wake up to. now that my son is rolling around his arms and legs get stuck in the rails. now the liner is put up although I wake up to more pleasant hunger cries, he still finds a way to get his arms stuck were the two part liner is separated at. and he pulls on the back liner because I can't the it to the headboard because it's too large in width to tie it. I bought mine at Wal-Mart any suggestions or even brands that's have worked well.
