Coping with anxiety in first pregnancy

Sarah • Dog mom • wife • Expecting baby #1 💖👶🏻🤰🏻

Hello ladies. I guess this is kinda stupid for me to rant about but I just need some help.

A little about me: I’m 22, pregnant for the first time. No history of miscarriages, no live births, everything is brand spankin’ new to me. Already had blood work done to check my levels and confirm my pregnancy and it was great. My next appointment is at 8 weeks on April 2nd. My doctor even told me that I should have a very smooth pregnancy. Current symptoms are morning sickness/all day nausea, sore breasts, fatigue, mood swings, and bloating.

I’m dealing with anxiety with my first pregnancy. It’s almost like my brain is just terrified something bad will happen so I can’t fully be happy that I’m pregnant with my first child and be as happy as my husband is. I’ve even went as far as to google what my chances of miscarriage are at this point and I can’t help but worry.

If any of you ladies have any advice for coping and with finding ways to ease anxiety I would greatly appreciate them.
