Can anybody help?

So I bled for one day on 22nd feb (which was meant to be when I’m ovulating) then stopped and came on my period 16th March. We have sex every single day multiple times and the past 3 days I’ve not stopped being sick with sore breasts so I took a test and I think I can see a vvvfl but I don’t even know how that’s possible? Can anyone else see a line
