I get a clogged milk duct in the same breast everyday! After heat, nursing, and pumping with vigorous massage, I can get it to unclog. I pump after every nursing session (approximately every 3-4 hours), but it still clogs. I get a sharp shooting pain straight through the middle of my breast randomly throughout the day ( feels like someone sticking a pin all the way through my breast from the nipple ). My LC said that is probably pain from the duct still being slightly clogged. What else can I do ?? Any other Mommas experience this ?
