Opinions please!

So my bf and I have been together for 4 years now. We have been very sexually active this past month or two. We have had a few pregnancy scares before but he has never actually thought I was pregnant (which I wasn't) but this past week he told me he thought I was. My breasts have been swollen and tender. I have been VERY moody lately and having a few other symptoms (though they could be symptoms of many things other than pregnancy) I've heard implantation bleeding could be 6-12 days after fertile window. 12 days just so happened to be the day for me to expect AF but it's not like my normal periods. It's much lighter. And didn't start as heavy as normal. I have been having strange dreams, such as literally all of my teeth falling out. Last night while hanging out with one of our couple friends, she told me while she was pregnant she had the same dream but she knew nothing about my dream until after. I really just haven't felt myself these past few days. I know the only way to tell for sure is to take a test but I just wanted to know all your opinions. Thanks!
