Left side pain 18 & 3 days weeks pregnant

So I have been having left side pain , okay so it’s not like my normal round ligament pain it is a constant tender and sore spot . No matter how I move it hurts . Like it hurts a lot . Also not constipated . I’ve had that multiple times , actually plenty which I know those are pretty painful but not constant . Any ideas ??
