How do you bathe your newborn?

I have a 5 day old and I was doing research on how to bathe her but there are soo many ways. What’s the easiest and most effective way you do it?

I have baths with my girl. Its so much easier. 
Just make sure to do it right after a poop because they LOVE pooping in the tub 😂

I used a baby tub with the mesh so she could be laying down and then used a wash cloth

Wash cloth and baby soap sponge bath

Closest to a sponge bath type of bath. Has the umbilical cord fallen off yet? I don’t think you can fully get that area wet until the navel is healed up
