Pregnancy chances after ectopic pregnancy

So my period is about every 28 day or so always at least a day or two early every month, I have 3 heathy sons and I've had one ectopic pregnancy this past summer with the removal of my right tube... I had sex on the last day of my period and he said he came a few times in me and pulled out the last time, I heard sperms lives up to 6 days inside and my wheel said basically I had two days of ovulation that the sperm would still be alive... I want another baby. Any insight into my Situation?
