Advice?

Wondering if anyone else has experienced what I have. I had a miscarriage last April I was meant to be 7 weeks and it stopped growing at 5 weeks. 4 weeks later I was pregnant again and suffered an eptopic pregnancy resulting in me having to have my right tube removed as it had burst. I had a period on 11th March this year and I always have a 28 day cycle but ovulate around days 12-14 I had unprotected sex on cd 14 and went for the morning after pill is there a possibly that this won’t work as it was so close to ovulation day?
