How to get baby back to the breast?

So I have EBF from the start but about the last month I have had some trouble. First I thought it was my supply (still might be having a hard time increasing my supply and keeping up with her)

Then reflux which she’s on meds for now. Now she just hates the breast it seems. She will turn away and cry until I give I her a bottle with pumped milk. I have to do this almost all day but she will nurse fine at night. What gives? Any hope to getting her back to the breast full time. Tips on how to increase my milk thinking that could be the problem?
