Hsg results both tubes blocked?!

Hi everyone I’m feeling very down and depressed and angry right now and I just need to vent

I received my results from the hsg test and it showed that both of my Fallopian tubes are blocked a very small amount of dye came out of my right one but my left tube no dye at all showed on the X-ray

I have 2 boys and lost a baby at 5 months pregnant 2 years ago, we’ve been trying ever since I had the D&E; done

Every month negative tests, I ovulate and get my period normally

I am glad that I know what the issue is but where do I go from here? I’m 38 and I feel like I don’t have much time left

What should be my next step? Has anyone used Serrapeptase to get rid of the scarring and to clean out old tissue?

Please I would appreciate all of your experiences and advice with this I am desperate and so very sad about this news
