I fell ... Opinions? please

Last night it was storming pretty bad and, I was walking into the garage carrying both of my children. When I slipped and landed on my bottom. I didn't try to catch myself so I wouldn't stop my girls....I'm currently 10 weeks 5 days pregnant. I've had some major pain last night but it's mild today...should I go in to be seen or wait till my appointment next week?
