Glucose tolerance test

I took my GTT this morning. Threw up halfway through so have to repeat it next week. Is it normal for me to be nauseous for the rest of the day and have cramps and lower back pain? I never did a GTT with my other two children so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. If not what are the symptoms of preterm labor?
