Labor??

Is diarrhea a sign that you will go into labor soon? I’ve had it A LOT .. almost 37 weeks.

Have had loose stools for 4 days now. Today woke up with constant diarrhea! Constant contractions and hurting with them...but irregular. 37 weeks 3 days...went to dr appt and am 3cm 70%. She told me to make sure my bags were packed and ready to go. Said my body was clearing the way! Hoping he comes soon and my body isn’t tricking me. I’m ready and I’m sure you are too!

I’m usually constipated and only go twice a week The past 4 weeks I’ve had diarrhea and been going five plus times a day. I’m due in 4 days and still nothing. Every body’s different though

I read that it’s a sign for labor because it’s your body cleaning itself out and getting prepared but it doesn’t necessarily tell you when the baby is coming 🤷🏾‍♀️

I’ve had diarrhea 2 times a day for a week straight now, with contractions... but my contractions eventually stop :(

yes and no 🤷‍♀️ I blew up at toilet at 37 weeks, but my bun is still cooking. Sometimes it is a sign of labor though, just not a reliable one

At 40 weeks and 2 days at 9 a.m I had a sweep, left the doctor and went to target, had diarrhea twice while there and then very very very light cramping (early contractions) every 10 minutes the entire day until about 4:30 in the morning when they jumped to 5 minutes apart and started getting uncomfortable. Had my daughter at 5:47 that night!

I'm 37+4 and getting it too quite bad actually. Had it for a couple of weeks now but the last two days it's been bad so hopefully it's my body clearing out
