Birth control help

When i finish my last month birth control pack when i was on my period, and when i started my new pack i actuldently started with the ones in the middle my placebo pills i took two of them thr same day and felt sick, and i was suppose to start my period yesterday/Wednesday.. And im on my last placebo pill and still diidnt start my period plus im cramping an getting my usual period symtoms. Help please im really stressing out and scared 😥 can this mess up my period?
