Target calorie goal for second trimester??
Does anyone know about how many calories someone in their second trimester should be eating?? I weigh 168 now (started at 150) and I want to try to be close to gaining 30 lbs at delivery. My dr told me just to try eat healthy and exercise. Which I have been, but gaining 8 lbs last month freaked me out and now I want to be more careful. I can’t be gaining 8 lbs every month! Anyone counting calories?? I have been for awhile since I lost a lot of weight a couple years ago. Mainly it just keep me accountable. But I’m wondering if their is a standard number??
