HELP LADIES

Had a miscarriage in 2012 did have d&c as done it all myself but done losing baby I have had really bad soreness inside my vagina very uncomfortable It's also been burning like every day and needing to pee a lot but just a few week ago I went to the bathroom done a per and it was dark brown / black colour then a few days after I was red it kept going light and dark it's really uncomfortable to have intercourse so I chose not to which is bad on my partner I cry every day with the pain down below I have been to the doctors but the antibiotic worked for like a few days and back to the same thing alcohol works and takes it away for a few days also cranberry juice but other than that I don't no what's going on get a lot of stomach pains has anyone else had this and what did they do thanks
