Chorioamniotic membrane separation

Has anyone else had this happen to them, and can give me abit of insight on it maybe even their stories. I found out at 20weeks that I have CMS after having the amnio procedure done, I’m now 22 weeks and being monitored but the last two days I have had a a weird feeling in my lower stomach above my underwear line it hurts even just to run your fingers across the area and if I use my stomach muscles to move around it hurts. I’m just wondering if this is normal or CMS related?
