DPO question - help me figure it out?
Hey ladies, can you help me figure out my estimated dpo? I know I should have used an ovulation test but I didn't so now curious.
On July 1st had really bad ovulation cramps in my left side. They went away after about a day. Checked CM and it was pretty clear but not a lot. (Sorry if tmi.) So today (the 8th) I would be 8DPO right?
So now, starting this morning, I have cramps (not painful just crampy) in the exact same spot. CM is more white but still not much.
Does this mean I finished ovulating today? So am I really 0DPO?
Last period May 18-19 and glow says fertile week was the 1st-6th.
(Sorry to sound oblivious but I never felt ovulation pains before due to bc and it's my first month tracking ovulation. Next month I'll get an opk!)
