Tmi warning. Please help

I had my period from June 6th-10th. This is my fertile week and usually ovulate day 15 or 16. Well today i had a major cramp, went to the bathroom and this happened. After that i had no more blood and started having what looks line ewcm. anyone have any insight? Is it concerning enough to seek medical attention?
