2 year old toilet training accidents

My almost 2 year old has been toilet training for 4 months and has been really good at telling us she needs a wee or poo. She's still in nappies overnight but other than that has been in pants and dry except a few accidents. But this week every time I ask of she needs to go or if I try to take her then she'll shout no thank you at me and refuse to go. Two minutes later she'll be soaked telling me wee wee a d running to the toilet. So far its happened 4 times today! Including a poo on her bedroom floor which has never happened! Is this just a phase or is there something I can do?!
