So I got SPD in my second pregnancy and this is my 3rd pregnancy and I can’t cope with the pain I’m only 19 weeks

Any tips on how to cope?

Paracetamol are rubbish

Hot waterbottle is not working anymore, cold compress makes it worse 😭
