Can laying on your back cause blurry vision?

I’m six months pregnant for two mornings I’ve woken up on my back and have had blurry vision for about an hour after that

Yes. It’s happened to me too. I’ve been sleeping with a pillow behind me lately to keep me from rolling over to my back, it seems to help.

I believe so. They say after 20 weeks the best position is on your side, left side specifically.
Obviously you can’t control what you do while you are sleeping but i’ve found my pregnancy pillow keeps me on my side and I am a back sleeper myself. I keep one side between my legs and one behind my back.

I would mention it to your doctor as it could indicate another problem. It probably doesn't- but worth the mention.

I’ve been laying on my back,not sleeping, and haven’t experienced it yet but I guess it’s possible?? I know your not supposed to lay on your back for extended periods of time due to circulation and blood flow, so if your sleeping on your back that may be the cause?
