Really early period and I’m low key freaking out

Hi guys so I just got my period 11 days early ... and it’s only been 14 days science the end of my last one. I am 14 and not sexually active , but I am in a lot of sports . Also I have only really had my period for a couple of months kinda inconsistently , but I just wanted to see if anyone has any advice on what i should do
