What are the symptoms for reflux in a 4 month old and any home remedies?

Hey guys , my LO seems to be having some problems with reflux I would like to know what are your recommendations for home remedies or over the counter that could help with it. I already spoke with his Ped about it and wasn’t very helpful so I would like to know your recommendations . Thank you

For reflux, there’s actually no much a doctor can do. First after every-feed do not lay down the baby for at least 30 minutes. Did he had 💩test done? He might be lactose intolerant anyways if he truly has a reflux disease wait till your baby have 6 months usually is a benign disease, self limited that resolves by 6months of age. 
But it’s important to keep the baby up after every feed.

My LO had reflux pretty bad from 1-6mo and the things that helped him were keeping him upright or head elevated more than 45° for 30 minutes after a feed (sitting up if he was awake, elevated if he was sleeping); and also letting him sleep in a rock n play or on his boppy positioner pillow so he was never flat on his back. I started doing that and he spit up a whole lot less. Good luck 💕

My baby had the same problem. I use gripe water and it seems to help her alot!! hope this helps. ❤

My LO had silent reflux from 1-8 months and I told the doctor and he prescribed Baby Zantac for him. He took it twice a day and it made such a difference. Before he was taking Zantac I had tried everything from gripe water and different positions while feeding him and after he ate. None seemed to work, once we got the Zantac it was like he was a whole different baby not screaming in pain all the time. I hope you LO grows out of it quickly! Best of luck!😊
