Faint line but spotting

So 6 days late on AF and started getting pink CM. Took a test and got a faint line. I asked multiple people to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and they saw it too. Can you? Also today when I wipe spotting has gotten a lil more red and more but not a lot only when I pee.
