diet advice?
does anyone have any advice on how to make a diet NOT suck!? ugh! lol!
I have been keeping a food journal and carefully watching what I eat. I usually eat pretty healthy anyway but my portion control usually sucks!
so I'm eating a smaller amount but I am trying to eat more often because I heard 5-6 fist size meals a day is good for diets. so I'm trying that!
I feel like I'm always hungry but I know that feeling only lasts for the first week or two. I am on Day 5 of this diet and I feel like crap! eating fruits are making me nauseous which never happens and I'm getting headaches!
the only good thing so far is I have more energy and I have already lost a few pounds and about 1.5 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist!
I would love to hear success stories of diets you guys tried or get advice on how to stick with this diet and make it less crappy! lol!
