Tmi question

Sorry the question but just worried, we've been trying for a baby for nearly 3 years and we've finally got our first positives. If my calculations are correct we would be 4 weeks and 5 days, we only found out yesterday that I was pregnant as i was so worried that it would be a BFN again. I'm suffering with thrush and being quite sore down below I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this in early stages of pregnancy? I usually suffer with thrush when I get down just to put that out there.
