Ramzi Theory guess?

I go for my 12 week appt on Tuesday but this is from my 8 week appt! I’m just coming to terms that I’m REALLY PREGNANT 😱 and thus getting more excited...and now I want to play:) any guesses?! This was abdominal. Bladder is the big empty space on the bottom of the picture lol
