Ttc for 3 years, just had an ectopic rupture in January and had a tube removed. I cant wait another three years 😭😢

Update this is two days later..can someone tweak or something? I know i see something there...it is better in person

I feel like I see something I took one yesterday that looked just like that at 11 dpo and got a positive this morning at 12 dpo , I also only have 1 tube do to an ectopic
